Brrhh! It sure is cold outside today. I really want to go outside and play, but mom and dad said it is way too cold. Speaking of colds...I have one(thanks to my daddy). It sure isn't fun, but I will be better in a few days. Mom is doing a pretty good job of taking care of me. She got me some medicine that I DO NOT like to take. She keeps telling me that I have to get better before we go to Boog and Gan-Gan's house...yippee!!!!

Not much has happend this past week. I was suppose to play with (my friends) Ethan and Gray, but because I am sick we had to cancel. I was really looking forward to seeing them. Mom said we could go another day. Oh yeah, congratulations to Gray - he is going to be a big brother. You will be great at it!!!

Hi everyone - Dad took me to the park yesterday, and I watched a guy play some basketball. It was pretty cool and he was really good. Maybe Santa will bring me one on those basketball goals so I can learn to shoot like that too. Then Mom and Dad made me wear some really uncomfortable clothes and took lots of pictures of me. They said it was for a Christmas card, but I didn't want any part of it. They actually thought that I was going to sit still long enough to get some good pictures, yeah right, I am way too busy for that!

Talk to everyone later....I've got a very busy couple of weeks coming up traveling for Thanksgiving.

The Incredible Hulk

Hi friends and family,

I had the best weekend. Friday - I went to my dad's office for trick or treating. I did not do a whole lot of trick or treating though; I was too busy chasing after my friend Ethan. He was dress up a doggy, and he looked just like my doggy pillow that my Aunt Amy gave me for my birthday. I love my doggy, too. Saturday we went to see my Grandmama and Papaw in Clarksdale. They had not seen me walk, so I had to put on a "show". Then Sunday mom and dad took me to the zoo. It was so fun. The gorilla's were so close to me, boy are they big. I saw a baby monkey too. He was just about my size and acted alot like me(rolling, jumping, playing with balls). He came right up to us and put his hands on the window. He was so cute!

Mom says she doesn't like this new time change, because I am now getting up super early (4:30). Sorry mom:) I will work on that!

Dad went back to work today, and I was really sad. We have so much fun on the weekends. We just play and play all day long. I can't wait for him to get home tonight.

Beautiful Day

It is such a nice day today. Mom said she would take me on a walk after my afternoon nap; hope she sticks to her word:) Maybe my friends Lanie, Luke and Jack will be outside too. I love to play with them - they have some really cool toys.

I sure will be glad when all of my teeth come in, because teething is very painful. It makes me really fussy. Mom and Dad have been pretty tired lately too, because I have been waking up super early the last several mornings(because of teething). I gave them a break this morning though and slept until 6:20(don't tell them, but I really woke up at 5:00 and played in my bed quietly). Mom told me this morning that she really enjoyed that extra hour of sleep that I gave her.

Well I better go, but come back tomorrow to hear all about trick or treating at my dad's office.

My Birthday

Hi everyone - Guess what? I turned 1 on October 17th. Mom and dad gave me a Halloween party. All of my friends came dressed in their Halloween costumes. I was The Incredible Hulk, but I didn't want to wear my hat. Mom and Gan-Gan worked really hard decorating the dining room. We had a really spooky black tree with lights and ghost on it. My dad painted some pretty cool pictures to hang on the wall. My favorite part was eating my chocolate cake. I made a really big mess, and dad had to give me bath immediately. That was the best birthday party ever.

The most amazing thing happened to me a few days before my 1st birthday. I started walking. I could not believe the things that my legs were doing. Mom probably wishes I were still crawling, because I am really exploring the house now. The only bad part about walking is that I sure do fall alot, and it hurts. I will perfect it before long though.

Mom says it is time for a nap now.
